MAGNA GRAECIA, Lucania, Herakleia, Silver Diobol (1.05g, 11mm), circa 433-330 BC. Obv. Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with Hippocampus. Rev. Herakles kneels right whilst wresting the Nemean Lion, his first labour. SNG ANS 28-30. Some porosity, the obverse noteworthy with decent detail, a scarce minor, good Very Fine / Very Fine.
