MAGNA GRAECIA, Campania, Neapolis, Silver Nomos (6.43g, 18mm), circa 320-300 BC. Obv. Diademed head of a Nymph right, wearing earring and necklace. Rev. Man-headed bull advances right, Nike flies right above, monogram below bull, "[NEOΠOΛITΩN]" in exergue. SNG ANS 327; SNG Copenhagen 403. Some cleaning lines, otherwise evenly worn and a popular type of Neapolis, good Fine / Fair.
