"The Heart of Queensland" 18 carat gold pendant, which won the Winton Queen of Gems Professional Jewellery Award in 2013, features a 48x17x5.20mm freeform Boulder Opal from Winton, Queensland. The opal is mirrored by its gold side, featuring 24 carat pure gold and 18 carat gold gold mokume to reflect the features of the opal. The back holds twenty-eight round brilliant cut diamonds which have an estimated total of 0.28 carats and are of F to G colour and SI to P1 clarity grades. The side of the pendant holds 28 treated yellow diamonds with an estimated total of 0.14 carats. The pendant is attached to an 18 carat yellow gold 44 centimetre long open curb-ink chain. 36.4 grams
