A handmade white gold brooch has a leaf through the centre crossed with 3 twisted wires. On either side of the leaf are stems supporting 4 claw setting holding old cut diamonds. The old cut diamonds are estimated to total 4.24 carats and are F to K colour and VS to P2 clarity grades. The back has a pin and trombone catch. Weight: 4.24 carats
