The coin dates back to 244-249 AD and is set in a custom-designed 9 carat yellow gold flip pendant made of completely recycled materials. A rose cut ruby is set just below the bail on each side. The length of the pendant is 47 millimetres (including the bail), and the width is 27 millimetres. Weight: 17.8 grams
