The coin itself dates back to around 85 AD and is set in a custom-designed contemporary 18 carat gold flip pendant. A diamond is set just below the bail on one side. The modern rose cut diamond is 0.10 carats and of G colour and SI clarity. The length of the pendant is 45 millimetres (including the bail) and the width is 23 millimetres. Weight: 18.50 grams
